Rubber Disc Check Valve

Summary

The rubber disc check valve mainly consists of three major parts:body,bonnet and rubber disc.Of them,the rubber disc includes the lining made of steel plate,steel bar and reinforced nylon with a coating of rubber.The disc has a life of 100 million times of on/off.The valve adopts a full-flow area design featured by small head loss,being invulnerable to impurity accumulation,being easy for maintenance,etc.

The valve is mainly used for water supply and drainage systems,which can be mounted at the outlet of water pump to avoid reflux and damages to pump by water hammer.It can also be mounted on the by-pass pipe of inlet/outlet pipe of reservoir to avoid the water in the reservoir from refluxing into the water supply system.
